Successful applicants would ideally have experience in hospitality and/or operating amusement park rides or similar equipment and possess the following skills and attributes:

Good communication and organizational skills along with sound decision making;

Available to work weekends and holidays;

Ability to prioritize and work well under pressure;

Have full Australian working rights

Big Pineapple is searching for train ride operating staff at varying levels of experience to join our team. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Train Operators. As a Train Operator, you will play a key role in providing safe and enjoyable train rides for our guests, while ensuring a magical experience that exceeds their expectations.





To safely operate the Big Pineapple train according to established procedures and guidelines.

Assist guests with boarding and disembarking trains, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

Enthusiastically engage with guests, providing friendly assistance and answering any questions they may have.

Monitor train operations and ride conditions to maintain safety and efficiency.

Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks on trains and related equipment.

Respond promptly to guest concerns or emergencies, providing assistance and following appropriate protocols.

Uphold the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and guest service at all times.

Exceptional personal presentation.
