BFT Narellan is seeking an experienced casual group fitness trainer to lead coaching, drive studio growth and deliver an elite member experience within a fast-paced community-focused gym.
You will coach energetic group sessions, tailor workouts, support lead generation and retention, mentor the coaching team and help maintain high operational standards alongside the Studio Owner and Head Coach. Flexible rosters include mornings, evenings and occasional Saturdays.
