Description

- Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Analyse project plans, specifications, and scope to determine project requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to develop budgets and schedules.
- Source and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes for project costing.
- Monitor and update cost estimates throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist in value engineering and cost-saving initiatives.
- Prepare tender submissions and support bid processes.
- Maintain accurate records of estimates and project documentation.
- Be proactive,



commercially aware and enjoy building relationships - identifying opportunities. This role wont see you glued to your desk and screen waiting for work to be priced, but will allow you to be out meeting architects and key stakeholders to influence decisions.

Profile

A successful Senior Estimator should have:
