Sadie is a 24/7 voice AI agent for hospitality. We’re seeking a Customer Success Manager for the Australian market to onboard, support, and grow relationships with hotel partners.

You’ll ensure smooth go-lives and long-term satisfaction by coordinating with Product, Partnerships, Engineering, and Sales. In this role you will lead end-to-end onboarding, train partners, manage ongoing relationships, monitor health, and advocate for customer needs.
