VIP & Delegate Acquisition Executive (Hosted and Guest Delegates) n

We are seeking a proactive, detail-driven VIP & Delegate Acquisition Executive to identify, qualify, and secure high-calibre decision-makers across our event portfolio. In this role, you will drive audience quality by inviting senior buyers and industry leaders through complimentary access streams - ranging from VIP guest passes to structured Hosted Buyer programs. Using CRM data, LinkedIn, and market mapping, you will execute personalized, consultative outreach to convert targeted executives into confirmed attendees.

Key responsibilities n

Map key industries via CRM, LinkedIn, and competitor event profiles to build targeted lists of senior buyside executives

n

Differentiate between buyside delegates (buyers/executives eligible for complimentary passes) and sell-side entities (vendors/sponsors)

n

Execute tailored outreach via phone, custom LinkedIn messaging, and email to invite high-value guest delegates and hosted buyers

n





Clearly articulate event value and pass benefits (e.g., complimentary access, networking privileges, hosted advantages) to secure registrations

n

Maintain a consultative approach - bulk automated spamming is strictly prohibited

n

Maintain accurate CRM records, tagging candidates by audience type (Guest VIP vs. Hosted Buyer) and logging opt-in permissions

n

Enforce campaign rules, including company registration and title verification

About you n

1–2+ years experience in delegate recruitment, VIP guest management, inside sales, or outbound lead generation

n

Proficient with LinkedIn sourcing, CRM navigation, and list enrichment

n

Ability to analyse industry structures and quickly distinguish buyside buyers from vendors/sponsors

n

Excellent phone and written communication skills tailored for senior-level outreach

n

Meticulous approach to data entry, tagging, and privacy legislation
