JBS Australia is seeking an experienced Payroll Team Leader to guide a high-performing team and deliver accurate, compliant weekly and fortnightly payrolls for over 15,000 employees and labour hire personnel across multiple sites. You will lead continuous improvement initiatives, manage complex payroll issues and mentor 8 Payroll Officers in a fast-paced setting.
