Are you a customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding service? We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join a well-established and highly regarded organisation on a 12-month contract.

As the first point of contact for customers, you'll be responsible for managing enquiries, processing orders, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring every customer interaction is handled with professionalism and care.
Key Responsibilities

- Manage inbound customer enquiries via phone and email
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently - Data Entry
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfilment
- Resolve customer queries and issues in a prompt and professional manner
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
- Provide updates on orders, deliveries, and product information
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships




- Assist with reporting and general administrative duties as required

About You To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- Previous experience in a Customer Service, Account Support, or Internal Sales role
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Robust attention to detail and organisational abilities
- A proactive and positive approach to problem-solving
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Experience working within a busy customer-focused environment
