The Opportunity n

We're looking for an experienced, commercially minded Group Financial Controller to lead the finance function across all three businesses.

n

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll work closely with senior management, drive financial performance, improve processes and help shape the future of our growing Group.

What You'll Be Doing n

Oversee Group financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting.

n

Manage cash flow, financial controls, compliance and audits.

n

Oversee intercompany transactions and consolidated reporting.

n





Partner with Treasury on funding structures and securitisation.

n

Oversee payroll, accounts payable and receivable.

n

Drive process improvements, automation and financial efficiencies.

n

Provide strategic financial insights to support business growth.

What We're Looking For n

CA/CPA qualified with a minimum 5–10 + years of finance experience.

n

Experience in a Financial Controller, Finance Manager or similar senior role.

n

Robust financial reporting, budgeting and commercial skills.

n

Experience managing multiple companies or entities.

n

Advanced Excel skills and excellent attention to detail.

n

A proactive, hands-on approach with strong leadership skills.

n

Experience in banking, mortgage lending, financial services or securitisation will be highly regarded.
