Job Description

ECH is seeking a Safety & Wellbeing Business Partner to partner with leaders across the organisation to strengthen workplace health and safety performance, ensure legislative compliance, and drive continuous improvement.

This hands-on role focuses on risk management, incident investigations, workplace inspections, audits, corrective actions, and safety systems management, with a proactive, team-oriented approach to embed wellbeing into everyday operations.
