Compass Group Pty Limited is seeking a hands-on Chef Manager in the Snowy Mountains region to lead a 10+ person onsite catering team. You will oversee food production, stock control and budgeting while mentoring staff and maintaining strong client relationships.

The role requires a Cert IV in Commercial Cookery, allergen and food safety expertise, and proven P&L; management in a fast-paced setting. NSW health guidelines are part of the daily operations.
