Robinson Gill is a multi-disciplinary law firm based in Box Hill that has provided expert legal advice for over 40 years. We have a collegiate team of approximately seventy five staff, with most senior lawyers holding Law Institute of Victoria Accredited Specialisations, and are looking for an experienced Wills & Estate Planning lawyer with at least four years post admission experience.

This role is based in our Box Hill office, three days per week. We are looking for a compassionate professional, able to autonomously manage and grow a busy Wills practice, working closely alongside our Probate Clerk, and Wills & Property team support staff, lawyers and Partners. Professional excellence is key at Robinson Gill and we are proud of our loyal clients, many of whom are local to our office and will appreciate your experience and care with their Estate Planning and POAs etc.

We are a proud mid-tier Melbourne law firm that support our local community via sponsorships and partnerships with community legal centres/sporting clubs and charities, and that values our diverse team.

Joining our Property and Wills Team, we're after someone who works effectively in a professional team, and who provides an efficient service with quality advice to our clients across straightforward and complex estate planning matters. You will have KPIs to meet, including an annual budget,



feedback/referrals from clients, marketing your service and file and billing management.

About you:

- Ideally a passionate career Wills & Estates Lawyer;
- Great attention to detail and able to work autonomously and with initiative;
- Solid technical skills;
- Ability to work effectively in a friendly and professional manner in a team workplace;
- Remain calm and poised under pressure;
- Ability to juggle and prioritise competing demands with minimal fuss;
- Confident, positive and can-do attitude;
- Action Step/iManage (software) knowledge an advantage but not at all essential and
- Must be able to work in our Box Hill office with the team.
