We're looking for a motivated Associate Dentist with 2+ years' experience who has solid clinical foundations, enjoys delivering quality dentistry and is ready to take the next step in their career.

At The Smile Space, you'll have the opportunity to practise comprehensive dentistry, develop a loyal patient base and expand your clinical capabilities within an established, digitally advanced, multidisciplinary environment.

With 40% commission, no laboratory fees on work produced in-house, established patient demand and genuine clinical autonomy, we offer an opportunity to grow both professionally and financially.

The position is initially 2 flexible days per week at our Sutherland practice , with scope to increase as your patient base and clinical schedule grow.

- CBCT imaging with AI-assisted analysis

- Dental microscopes and advanced endodontic equipment

- Fixed orthodontics and Angel Align clear aligners

- Implant, TMJ, facial aesthetic and IV sedation workflows

As one of Australia's largest Angel Align providers , The Smile Space offers extensive exposure to digital orthodontics, clear aligner treatment planning and multidisciplinary smile design.

No extensive digital experience? That's fine. We’re happy to train a capable dentist with strong clinical foundations and the motivation to learn.

Across our two modern,



purpose-built facilities, our team includes:

- 5 dentists

- 2 oral health therapists

- 16 experienced support staff

Our established systems and experienced team allow clinicians to focus on excellent patient care, clinical efficiency and building strong patient relationships.

Who we're looking for

We're particularly interested in a dentist who has developed confidence in general dentistry and is looking for an environment that offers greater clinical opportunities and career growth.

The ideal candidate will:

- Have 2+ years' clinical experience and appropriate Australian dental registration

- Be confident in general restorative dentistry and independent treatment planning

- Demonstrate sound clinical judgement and strong patient communication

- Take pride in comprehensive, patient-centred care

- Be comfortable managing their own patient book

- Have an interest in expanding into more advanced dentistry

- Value clinical autonomy and collaboration

- Be motivated, reliable and committed to career development

- Be seeking a genuine long-term opportunity

Experience with CEREC, digital dentistry, aligners, cosmetic dentistry or implants is advantageous but not essential.

We’re not looking for someone who already knows how to do everything. We’re looking for a capable dentist with initiative, ambition and a genuine desire to keep improving.
