We're looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our CPM (Corporate Performance Management) R&D; team, working across our Analytics, ETL and XLOne products.

This is a great opportunity to work at the intersection of customers, technology and product innovation. You'll turn complex business needs into practical solutions, work closely with Product, Design and Development, and help shape the future of our products. You'll also explore how data, automation and AI can improve our products and deliver better customer experiences.

Experience with CPM, Analytics, ETL, XLOne or similar analytics and reporting products will be highly regarded.

What you'll be doing…

- Understanding complex business problems, business processes and customer needs to identify opportunities and shape solutions.
- Working closely with customers, Consulting, Sales, Support, Product and other stakeholders to gather insights and influence product direction.
- Turning business needs into clear, actionable requirements that Product and Development teams can bring to life.
- Partnering with Product Design and Development to explore ideas, refine solutions and deliver valuable product enhancements.
- Finding better ways to work through process improvement, automation, data and emerging technologies, including AI.
- Leading Business Acceptance Testing to ensure solutions are fit for purpose, intuitive and meet customer and business needs.
- Supporting product releases with explicit documentation, enablement materials, demonstrations and communications.
- Getting involved in customer presentations, forums,



workshops and showcases to share product developments and gather feedback.

Your Talents…

- A relevant degree and/or solid experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in a software, technology or product setting.
- Experience with CPM products such as Analytics, ETL or XLOne, or similar analytics and reporting solutions, will be highly regarded.
- Strong business analysis skills, with the ability to break down complex problems and turn them into clear requirements and practical solutions.
- Experience across the full product lifecycle, from discovery and requirements through to delivery, testing and release.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and facilitation skills, with confidence working with both technical and non-technical teams.
- A customer-focused mindset, with the ability to understand different perspectives and balance competing priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a genuine interest in improving processes and finding better ways to do things.
- Good organisation and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple pieces of work in a fast-paced product environment.
- Experience with enterprise software,



SaaS or complex business applications will be highly regarded
