Role: ServiceNow ITOM Technical Consultant
Type: Full Time – Contract
Location: Australia
Experience: 4+ years
Requisites:
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping and CMDB.
- Configure MID Servers, discovery patterns and service dependency mapping.
- Experience with CMDB data quality, CSDM and Service Graph Connectors.
- Troubleshoot ITOM issues and support deployments, testing and upgrades.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, application and platform teams.
Certifications: ServiceNow CSA (Mandatory), ServiceNow CIS (Preferred)
Nice to Have: Cloud Discovery, Event Management, AWS/Azure integrations and monitoring tools such as Splunk or Dynatrace.
