Account Executive

Location: New South Wales, Australia.

Reports to: National Account Manager.

Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of clients, developing current business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Account Executive will work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver exceptional service and achieve revenue targets.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and grow a portfolio of clients by building strong relationships and understanding their business needs
- Develop new business opportunities by identifying potential clients and presenting our services
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver exceptional service and exceed customer expectations
- Meet or exceed revenue targets by achieving sales goals and managing expenses
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and prospects
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in sales or account management




- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
- Knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape

Compensation and benefits:

Base Salary Range: $72,250 - $97,750 AUD

On‑Target Earnings: $144,500 - $195,500 AUD
