We're hiring: Senior National Industrial Officer at HSU National.

The Health Services Union has over 120,000 members across aged care, disability services, and the public, private and mental health systems. We're looking for a senior industrial leader to join our national office.

In this role you will:

- Drive national industrial strategy to improve the working conditions and lives of our health and community services members, providing high-level industrial and legal advice to union leadership
- Take carriage of our national modern award matters, including major Fair Work Commission proceedings on wages, classification structures and gender-based undervaluation
- Coordinate strategic industrial campaigns and support HSU branches nationally, working across branches to deliver consistent outcomes for members

It's a full time role with $140,000–$159,999 plus 12.5% super, 5 weeks' annual leave and a monthly RDO.
