- Project Manager, ICT Solutions Delivery
- Own the Delivery Pipeline and Drive Customer Success
- Are you a highly organised Project Manager with 5+ years of ICT delivery experience who thrives on process, detail, and achieving flawless customer outcomes? Do you want to be the engine room behind successful network and cyber security deployments?
- We are looking for an accountable and collaborative Project Manager to join our team. This is not a purely strategic role—it’s for a hands-on executor who excels at project administration, financial stewardship, and coordinating all the moving pieces necessary for consistent, repeatable delivery.

Location: Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane

What You’ll Be Accountable For

- Flawless Project Execution: Own the full project life cycle for repeatable ICT network and cyber security deployments, ensuring the final deliverable meets the agreed scope and customer expectations.
- Financial Control & Invoicing: Master the project budget and ensure profitability and process compliance.
- Meticulous Administration: Maintain project records and documentation in our systems.
- Resource Coordination:



Manage external contractors and internal technical teams with clear direction.
- Process Optimisation: Identify and implement improvements to the delivery model.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

- 5+ years delivering ICT solutions in a Project Management role.
- Experience managing risks and issues across multiple projects.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Desirable: Experience delivering Cyber Security Solutions.
- Technical background or qualifications in Telecommunications or ICT.
- Familiarity with PSA tools such as ConnectWise.
