We are currently seeking an experienced Service Sales Manager to lead our Queensland Service Sales team and drive growth across our service portfolio.

This role offers the opportunity to lead a team focused on customer retention, contract renewals, account growth, and new business development while working for a recognised global industry leader.

About the Role

As the Service Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the Queensland service sales portfolio.

You will lead a team of Service Sales Consultants, develop key customer relationships, and implement strategies that drive contract retention, recurring revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and market expansion.

This is a highly visible leadership role that combines people leadership, customer engagement, and commercial accountability.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Service Sales team.
- Drive customer retention and service contract renewals.
- Grow recurring revenue through account management and portfolio expansion.
- Develop strategic relationships with building owners, facility managers, strata managers, consultants, and key stakeholders.
- Identify new service sales opportunities and market growth initiatives.
- Support tender submissions, contract negotiations, and commercial proposals.
- Monitor sales performance, pipeline activity, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Partner closely with operational teams to deliver positive customer outcomes and service excellence.
- Champion a customer-focused culture across the business.

About You





We are looking for a commercially minded sales leader who understands the importance of relationship management and long-term customer partnerships.

You will bring:

- Proven experience leading a sales, account management, customer success, or business development team.
- Solid experience managing service contracts, recurring revenue, or portfolio-based sales.
- Demonstrated success driving customer retention and growth.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
- Strong coaching and leadership capability.
- Commercially astute with strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Experience in facilities management, building services, lifts, fire, HVAC, commercial property, maintenance services, engineering, or a related industry would be highly regarded.
