About the role





We’re looking for a hands‑on property administration professional to take ownership of the day‑to‑day financial and tenancy administration of a busy retail environment.

Experience with Cirrus8 is highly regarded, however, we are open to someone who has strong property administration and trust accounting experience and is keen to learn the system.

Key responsibilities

- Manage trust accounting, reconciliations and financial administration
- Maintain accurate tenancy records and administer Cirrus8
- Manage rent invoicing, receipting, payment allocation and arrears
- Set up new tenants/stallholders and process tenancy changes
