About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct research and development for new product formulations and improvements to existing products.
- Perform bench-scale formulations, pilot plant trials, and scale-up studies for new product launches.
- Analyze product samples, conduct quality control testing, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Document all research, experimental procedures, and results meticulously.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and quality assurance teams to ensure successful product development and commercialization.




- Stay abreast of new technologies, ingredients, and scientific advancements relevant to FMCG product development.

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific discipline.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in product development, preferably within the FMCG industry .
- Strong understanding of formulation science, ingredients, and manufacturing processes for consumer goods.
- Experience with laboratory equipment, analytical techniques, and quality control procedures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to conduct thorough scientific research.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
