EQUANS is seeking an experienced Service Manager with a trade background to lead and manage service operations across the Sydney region. You will drive operational performance, safety, and client satisfaction while overseeing maintenance contracts.

You will lead multi-site teams, manage budgets and KPIs, and build solid client relationships with Account Managers to deliver planned and reactive maintenance on time and within budget.
