Optimal Recruitment in Sydney's Northern Beaches is seeking an organised and proactive Team Leader to support the day-to-day operation of their Rescue Office. In this hands-on leadership role, you'll oversee rescue case management and support the 38-solid rescue team.

You will monitor KPIs, coordinate workloads, manage staffing, approve timesheets, and drive continuous improvement projects while ensuring rapid response to rescue requests.
