WSP is seeking an IT Onsite Support Specialist to deliver responsive end-user support across our Sydney office and regional sites. You will resolve issues, ensure tools are available, and enable colleagues to perform at their best.

Responsibilities include end-user device support, Microsoft 365, Teams, and meeting room tech, with regular in office presence and some travel to regional offices. ITIL knowledge and ServiceNow experience are valued.
