Have a minimum of 5+ years experience as a Cake Baker/Pastry CheF

Be confident with batch baking

Have experience with high volume batches

Be comfortable and experienced within a commercial baking kitchen and with associated equipment

Have hands-on experience with commercial mixers and ovens - experience across all sections

Be an organised and productive chef with an eye for detail

Have working knowledge of Food safety practices and HACCP

Hold certification in baking or pastry including holding a Certificate III Patisserie qualification or similar

Be ambitious and career focussed and keen for career advancement

Must have Australian citizenship or permanent residency

Enjoy being a chef and being a part of a dynamic kitchen and company
