The University of Sydney Union (USU) is seeking a Venue Manager for Courtyard Café & Bar in Sydney CBD to lead front-of-house operations, manage a large team and drive day-to-day service. This hands-on role focuses on delivering outstanding experiences while upholding standards across a bustling venue.
You’ll coach staff, manage rostering, labour and stock, and work with kitchen and events teams to optimise the customer journey and drive venue performance.
