Service NSW is seeking an Assistant Quality Assurance Officer to support Driver Testing training and capability development across NSW. You will work with frontline officers to ensure training is fair, consistent and aligned with best practice standards.
You will assist in delivering a range of training initiatives, maintain records, and contribute to continual improvement of services while traveling across Recent South Wales as needed.
