Australian Optimal Recruitment is seeking an organised Team Leader to support the day-to-day operation of the Rescue Office in Sydney. You will oversee rescue case management, lead a team of 38, monitor KPIs, coordinate workloads and ensure timely responses to rescue requests.
The role requires at least two years' team leadership in a contact centre, with robust communication and problem-solving skills. Permanent, full-time position on Sydney's Northern Beaches with a 8am–6pm schedule Sun–Wed.
