My Online Adviser is looking for an experienced Paraplanner or Senior Paraplanner to join our team in a fully remote role. While this position can be performed from anywhere in Australia, applicants located on the Sunshine Coast will be highly regarded, as we enjoy occasional in-person collaboration and team catch-ups.

This is an exciting prospect for someone who enjoys traditional paraplanning but is also eager to embrace the next evolution of financial advice through automation, artificial intelligence, and innovative technology.

About the Role

Working alongside a team of Advisers, Client Service Officers and operational specialists, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality advice documentation and supporting the delivery of compliant, efficient and client-focused financial advice.

You'll utilise industry-leading software and play an active role in helping develop and manage AI-powered workflows and digital solutions that enhance the client experience and improve business efficiency.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys change, adapts quickly to new technology, and wants to be part of a business that embraces innovation.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare Statements of Advice, Records of Advice and advice documentation.

- Conduct modelling and strategy research across a range of advice areas.





- Utilise Xplan and supporting advice software to generate and maintain advice documentation.

- Support quality assurance and compliance review processes.

- Contribute to the development and management of AI agents and automated advice workflows.

- Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes and efficiencies.

Skills & Experience

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning or equivalent financial planning qualification.

- Previous paraplanning experience within an Australian financial advice practice.

- Strong written communication and attention to detail.

- Experience producing compliant advice documents.

- Experience using Xplan.

- Xtools+

- WealthSolver

- Risk Researcher

- Experience with AI tools, workflow automation, or digital transformation projects.

Paraplanner: $80,000 + Super

Senior Paraplanner: $100,000 + Super
