Harbour Rocks Hotel seeks a Food and Beverage Team Leader to oversee service excellence in our award‑winning restaurant and bars. You will lead fellow team members, ensure seamless dining experiences, and actively guide guests through menu, wine and beverage recommendations.
We value a hands‑on, proactive approach with 2–3 years in premium casual dining or upscale hotel restaurants. NSW RSA certification is required; evenings, weekends and peak periods are expected.
