HammondCare’s Dementia Support Australia (DSA) program in Tasmania is seeking a Workshop Facilitator to design and deliver evidence‑based training for health and aged care professionals. The role supports staff across hospital, residential and community settings with practical, person‑centred education.

You will lead engaging workshops nationwide, evaluate learning outcomes, mentor teams, and work with partners to strengthen capability.
