Business Manager - Little Haven Palliative Care n

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Business Manager is responsible for overseeing the organisation's business operations, financial administration, governance systems and compliance requirements. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring someone who enjoys ownership, accountability and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities n

- MYOB Business and Payroll management
n
- Technology support - MS 365 and Sharepoint
n
- BAS, IAS and superannuation compliance
n
- Monthly financial reporting and audit preparation
n
- Grant research, applications and acquittals
n
- Compliance registers, policy and procedure review and organisational reporting
n
- Fleet, asset and insurance administration
n
- Supporting the CEO with strategic projects and organisational priorities
n

About you nn
- Demonstrated experience in business management, senior administration or finance administration
n
- Strong MYOB Business and MYOB Payroll experience
n
- Experience processing payroll and managing payroll compliance
n




- Knowledge of BAS, IAS and superannuation obligations
n
- Strong financial reporting and reconciliation skills
n
- Experience managing grants, funding applications or acquittals
n
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
n
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
n
- The ability to work in a busy team - adaptable and helpful
