Job Description

The NSW Police Force (NSWPF) is seeking a Coordinator, Police Promotions to oversee the non-executive promotions process, ensuring fairness, transparency, and adherence to review procedures.

Based in Sydney Olympic Park and within the People and Capability Command, you will coordinate selection activities, manage grievances and reviews, and contribute to policy research and program development to support career progression for officers.
