Job Description

Monadelphous is seeking an experienced Gathering Supervisors to join our Chinchilla Operations team, delivering brownfield and shutdown works across the Surat Basin.

This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for a motivated supervisor with strong brownfield experience and proven Poly Welding capability.

n

Working a 15:6 roster (10-hour days) on a 3-month project, you will lead piping crews, coordinate daily activities, and ensure all work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities will include: nn
- Supervising and coordinating daily site activities.
n
- Ensuring compliance with HSE, client and legislative requirements.
n
- Planning, scheduling, and executing shutdown and maintenance tasks.
n
- Monitoring productivity, performance, and quality outcomes.
n
- Leading by example to foster a strong team culture and safety mindset.
n

What you will bring: nn
- Minimum 3 years' experience supervising brownfield projects.
n
- Poly Welding qualifications and demonstrated Poly Welding experience (essential).
n
- Strong planning, scheduling, and resource management skills.
n
- Ability to perform effectively within tight shutdown timeframes.
n
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.
n
- Full Australia working rights.
n




- Open Driver Licence.
