You’ll work with a steady flow of warm leads, people who have already contacted us because they need to move. Your job is to understand what they need, explain how we can help, and turn their enquiry into a confirmed booking. You’ll also be a key link between customers and our operations team, making sure every job detail is captured correctly so our allocation team and drivers can deliver a smooth move.

Key responsibilities

Responding promptly to incoming leads by phone, SMS, and email

Understanding each customer’s move (size, access, dates, special items) and explaining our services and pricing

Following up on quotes and converting enquiries into bookings

Entering booking details accurately into our systems and passing them to the allocation team

Making sure drivers have the information they need to complete each job

Handling customer questions and changes before moving day

Meeting weekly booking and conversion targets

About you

Previous experience in sales,



customer service or a call centre is preferred (removals, logistics or trades a bonus)

Excellent spoken and written English

Arabic language skills are a big advantage

Confident on the phone and comfortable persuading customers

Solid attention to detail and accurate data entry

Organised, able to juggle multiple leads and follow-ups at once

Thrives in a rapid-paced environment and stays calm under pressure

Comfortable using CRM systems, spreadsheets and messaging apps
