The North West Regional Hospital- Intensive Care Unit is seeking a dedicated Critical Care Nurse to join as Clinical Coach, a senior role combining clinical expertise with education and leadership to develop novice nurses in the ICU.
Working with the ICU Nurse Unit Manager and education team, you will supervise bedside practice, lead competency assessment, drive professional development and promote protected, evidence-based care, while supporting service quality and workforce retention.
