SmartClinics Pullenvale is looking for a confident, people-focused Practice Manager to lead our established medical practice and help drive its continued growth.

n

With five dedicated doctors and an experienced nursing, reception and administration team, this is an chance to take ownership of practice operations, develop people and make a genuine difference to the patient and team experience.

About the role n

You will be responsible for:

n

n
- Leading, coaching and developing our practice team
n
- Working closely with doctors and key stakeholders
n
- Managing day-to-day operations, rostering and resourcing
n
- Supporting financial performance and business planning
n
- Driving patient experience and service delivery
n
- Managing accreditation, compliance and quality
n
- Identifying and implementing process improvements
n
- Managing complex issues and acting as the key escalation point
n
- Building a positive, accountable and collaborative team culture
n

About you n

You may already be an experienced Practice Manager , or you could be a Senior Medical Receptionist, Practice Coordinator or emerging leader ready to take the next step.

- Has strong communication and people-management skills

- Can confidently manage competing prioritiesIs solutions-focused and comfortable making decisions
