initiatives and brand to life through engaging campaigns, content, events and communications.**What You’ll Be Doing*** Develop and deliver strategic marketing and communications plans aligned with business priorities.* Partner with senior leaders and subject matter experts to create clear, compelling communications.* Lead integrated campaigns across digital, social, email, content and events.* Manage marketing materials from concept through to delivery, ensuring brand consistency.* Plan and deliver internal and external events, conferences and stakeholder initiatives.* Track campaign performance and use data to improve future activity.* Identify opportunities to strengthen EML’s reputation, brand awareness and industry presence.**What We’re Looking For**It’s ok if you haven’t done this before, what matters most is your commitment to helping others that can make you a great fit for the role. Do you have...* Minimum three years’ experience in a marketing and communications specialist role within a complex or regulated organisation.* Demonstrated experience developing and delivering multi-channel campaigns from end to end.* Exceptional writing and editing skills across digital, social, email, web,
