Swan Group is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead in office delivery of commercial fit-out projects in Western Australia. This hands-on leadership role requires championing safety, driving programme performance, and representing Swan Group on site to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and zero-defect standards.

You will lead safety culture, coordinate trades, manage subcontractors, review design docs, and report progress to stakeholders.
