Job Description

Rheem Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a hands-on Process Engineer at our Rydalmere Manufacturing Facility to drive continuous improvement, lean manufacturing and operational excellence across operations.

Reporting to the Process Engineering Manager, you will measure, track and optimise manufacturing indicators, lead improvement initiatives, and deliver capital projects that improve safety, quality, productivity and cost performance in a high-volume workplace.
