About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join our Cannonvale office.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys managing their own files, building robust client relationships and being part of a growing local team.





You'll be responsible for managing Queensland residential and commercial conveyancing matters from start to finish, working with clients, real estate agents, financial institutions and other stakeholders to ensure transactions progress smoothly and efficiently.

You'll have the opportunity to contribute your experience and expertise while helping establish and grow our conveyancing services in the Whitsundays.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Queensland residential and commercial conveyancing matters from initial instructions through to settlement.

- Prepare and review contracts, transfer documents, settlement statements and correspondence.

- Liaise with clients, real estate agents, financial institutions and other parties.

- Conduct property searches and manage electronic settlements through PEXA.

- Maintain accurate files, monitor deadlines and ensure transactions progress efficiently.

About You

We are looking for someone with:

- Demonstrated experience managing Queensland conveyancing matters, preferably from start to finish.

- Sound knowledge of Queensland property legislation, conveyancing procedures and PEXA.

- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- A professional, proactive and client focused approach.

- The ability to manage competing priorities and work independently while collaborating with the broader team.
