Ardour Milton Park Bowral is seeking a Bar Manager to lead daily operations of the bar and support premium guest experiences. You will work with the Restaurant Manager and F&B; leadership to maintain high standards and unforgettable hospitality at this flagship property.

You will curate beverage offerings, mentor staff, build guest relationships, and ensure compliance with RSA and safety guidelines while controlling stock and costs.
