Greenroom Robotics is seeking an experienced, highly organised Business Operations Coordinator to support the leadership team on a permanent basis. You will support across finance administration, human resources processes, compliance documentation, travel coordination and office operations. The role is broad, hands on and genuinely diverse.

Key responsibilities

Provide finance and bookkeeping support, including accounts payable, bank reconciliations and financial reporting

Manage commercial administration, including invoicing, purchase orders, contract register maintenance and subcontractor compliance tracking

Support human resources processes, including recruitment coordination, employment contracts, onboarding and Fair Work compliance

Support workforce planning, including resource forecasting, performance cycle coordination and Employment Hero system management

Look after general administration, including policy maintenance, facilities coordination and organisational reporting

Coordinate company travel bookings and expenditure

Administer the company's Defence Industry Security Program compliance

Support occupational health and safety and regulatory compliance, including insurance administration

About you

2 to 4 years of experience in a business services, operations coordination or executive support role





The ability to juggle multiple functions across finance, human resources, facilities and compliance

Familiarity with employment contracts and Fair Work compliance in an Australian context

Strong written communication and document management skills

Comfort working in a compliance conscious environment

A tertiary qualification in business administration, human resources or a related field is preferred

Experience with Xero or a comparable finance or administration platform would be highly regarded

Exposure to the Defence Industry Security Program, certified management systems or regulated industries would be highly regarded

Ability to work full-time in Australia

Eligible for membership under the Defence Industry Security Program and willing to undergo a background check
