Wilson & Dorset on Gertrude Street in Victoria is seeking a hands-on Store Manager to lead a four-person team, deliver an exceptional on-brand customer experience, hit the numbers, and keep the store humming day to day.

You will own sales, budget, merchandising, stock management, and staff development, while spotting local trade opportunities and supporting the Trade team. A passion for design and wool, plus comfort with store systems, is essential.
