The Role

As a Sales Consultant, you are the bridge between a customer’s need and the right solution. You will:

- Dial outbound calls to engage with customers who are actively seeking to reduce their utility costs.
- Conduct a needs-based analysis to recommend the most competitive plans and providers.
- Confidently handle objections by using your product knowledge and sales expertise
- Efficiently manage your daily call volume to meet targets/KPI’s, and quality benchmarks.
- Participate in coaching and feedback sessions to refine your skills.

About You

We value experience and a skilled approach to sales. You will be a great fit if you have:

- Proven Sales Experience:At least 6–12 months in a target-driven environment (e.g., retail, call centre, real estate, or insurance).
- Strong Communication:A natural ability to handle objections with confidence and clarity.
- Numerical Literacy:You enjoy working with numbers and have the ability to accurately compare bills and data to identify the best value for your customers
- Resilience & Confidence:A natural ability to handle objections with ease.
- A Goal-Oriented Mindset:You are motivated by performance-based rewards and thrive when working toward clear KPIs.
- Reliability:You thrive in a collaborative, onsite office environment and are looking for a long-term career path.
