About the Role

- Permanent Position working a night shift roster of Friday/Saturday/Sunday/Monday inclusive
- Hours of work generally 6pm to 5am or finish
- Assist with allocating freight, plan and manage staff workloads
- Supervise, train and mentor a small team of forklift operators
- Assist when required with the unloading/loading inbound and outbound freight in fridge vans, trailers and taut liners




- Follow company procedures for storage, temperature, and inventory controls
- Keep records in accordance with Quality Assurance procedures

Ideally you will have

- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a transport environment, ideally in a logistics operational role
- Proven understanding of Fatigue Management, Mass Management, Quality Assurance and Chain of Responsibility and hold a TLIF0006 Administer a fatigue risk management system certification or being willing to obtain
- Sound Microsoft Office skills and attention to detail
- Truck/High Risk Forklift Licence (highly desirable)
- Previous logistics experience in a fresh produce setting will be highly regarded
