Dementia Support Australia (DSA) is seeking a Dementia Support Coach to work across diverse care settings under the HACDSP program, funded by the Australian Government. You will apply empathy, coaching skills and aged care experience to deliver hands-on, evidence-based dementia support and guidance to clients, carers and care staff.
Based in the Brisbane/Metro South region with adaptable hybrid arrangements, this fixed-term contract runs until June 2028.
