Better Health Network is seeking a Credentialled Diabetes Educator to provide specialist assessment, education and support for people living with diabetes. Based across Parkdale and other BHN locations, you’ll work within Allied Health to deliver person-centred care and build clients’ knowledge, capability and confidence.
You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, use advanced diabetes technology, and contribute to service development while maintaining thorough clinical documentation.
