The Fair Work Commission in Melbourne is seeking an Advisor, People and Culture to provide advice across a broad range of HR functions and interpret HR-related legislation and policies for a diverse group of stakeholders. The role includes end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, as well as accountability for WHS, performance management and learning & development within the APS framework.

You will be highly organised, able to multitask across HR activities, and work effectively with stakeholders.
