About the Role

As Retail Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

- Leading, coaching and motivating the retail team to achieve their best.
- Driving sales performance, monitoring KPIs and identifying growth opportunities.
- Managing merchandising, promotional campaigns, catalogues and planograms.
- Coordinating seasonal promotions and retail health initiatives.
- Developing staff product knowledge, particularly across OTC and pharmacy retail categories.
- Supporting stock management, ordering, inventory control and stocktakes.
- Maintaining high standards of store presentation and customer service.
- Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, training and team development.
- Working collaboratively with pharmacy leadership to improve business performance.

About You

We're seeking a proactive, approachable leader who is passionate about retail, customer service and developing people.

Ideally, you'll bring:





- Previous retail leadership experience, preferably within community pharmacy.
- Strong communication, organisational and problem‑solving skills.
- A commercial mindset with the ability to drive sales and achieve KPIs.
- A passion for merchandising, promotions and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- The confidence to lead, delegate, coach and motivate a team.
- A positive, hands‑on approach with a willingness to contribute new ideas.

Experience with TerryWhite Chemmart, Minfos, Yoobic or pharmacy retail systems and programs will be highly regarded.

You don't need to know everything from day one. We value initiative, a willingness to learn and a genuine passion for helping your team succeed.
