Beca is seeking a Payroll Specialist based in Melbourne to deliver end-to-end Australian payroll within a global Finance Operations team. You will manage processing, reporting, reconciliations, superannuation administration and compliance to ensure accurate, on-time payroll for our Australian workforce.
You bring 5+ years of Australian payroll experience, solid understanding of payroll legislation, and the ability to handle complex scenarios such as parental leave and terminations.
